Madrone Ridge is a Sonoma Valley family run winery
making single vineyard Zinfandel and Bordeaux Blends. We hand craft
less than 250 cases of each release in our Wine Cave.
Our vineyards flank the edge of Arrowhead Mountain in the
Mayacamas Mountains separating Napa and Sonoma counties. Kissed by abundant
sunshine and soft breezes, our vines thrive in a thin crust of volcanic soil. Sun, soil and vintner work together
to produce richly nuanced wines.
Madrone Ridge Zinfandel's rich berry flavor and full body echoes its origins. The Zinfandel vines were grown from cuttings from a 100 year-old Sacramento Delta vineyard.
Proprietary Red is a Bordeaux style blend, full of fruit with a strong finish. It has become very popular with diners at Restaurant Daniel in Manhattan paired with lamb or sipped by the glass.
